About Pam

I am a marketing professional with over a decade of experience working on marketing, advertising, and sales projects for small businesses and startups. In addition, I also have a strong background in office administration where I have worked in supervisory and management roles.

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, yet they often lack access to the kind of marketing knowledge and tools used by larger corporations. After a large corporate retailer set up shop in my hometown, which negatively impacted all the small businesses on Main Street, I discovered my passion for helping small businesses by helping them to efficiently leverage the tools and techniques used by the corporate giants.

My marketing strategy typically begins by helping my clients clearly define their objectives, then use this data to optimize their digital footprint. From there, I use an omnichannel approach to find cost-effective and sustainable marketing solutions, where I have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding financial and sales goals, as well as ROIM targets.

In addition, I am a certified Reputation Management Specialist. I frequently use reputation management when optimizing my clients’ digital footprints.

Why?

No matter how much marketing a company does, reviews that are outdated or reflect lukewarm sentiments will have a negative impact on the business. The same goes for any business that only has a few reviews, even if they’re all 5 stars. My reputation management program automates the online review gathering process, resulting in a steady flow of fresh 5-star reviews leveraged to attract new customers and increase conversions.

As a hyper-creative person who has been working in digital for 10+ years, I exceed at effectively combining creativity and persuasion with data and logic.

I believe that every organization has the capability to be successful, despite what the competition is doing, and in an environment where keeping up with technology can be challenging.

I love helping them succeed.

Omnichannel Marketing is still a relatively new concept. If you are unfamiliar with this strategy, check out this Hubspot article for more information with examples.
